Pine (Scotch) Essential Oil

Pine has many of the same therapeutic benefits as eucalyptus. It has traditionally been used to treat respiratory infections including pneumonia. It is soothing to the body, great for sore muscles, joints and to ease rheumatic pain. Pine is also great to cleanse and clear a room – diffuse in a sick room to promote healing.

 

Pine is a sensitising oil, so those with skin conditions may wish to avoid.
