Terms & Conditions
1. Event Ticket
* Each e-ticket admits one (1) guest to Aramsa Spa’s 20th Anniversary Celebration on 5 September 2026.
* Guests are required to present their e-ticket confirmation upon arrival for event registration.
* Tickets are transferable but strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
* Each ticket is valid for one (1) guest only.
2. Massage Voucher Redemption
* Each e-ticket includes one (1) 60-minute Aramsa Touch Massage Voucher.
* This voucher is valid for redemption from Monday – Thursday, except eve of PH and PH
* The massage voucher is valid for 3 months from *7 September 2026* and must be redeemed by *7 December 2026*, strictly no extension.
* Advance reservation is required for massage redemption. Please call (65) 6456 6556 or WhatsApp +65 9462 4969 and quote “Aramsa in Bloom”* when making your booking.
* Please quote the voucher reference number during the booking process.
* Reservations are subject to availability.
* A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any rescheduling or cancellation. No-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the voucher.
* The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, other treatments, products, or used in conjunction with other promotions.
* Any unused voucher after the expiry date will be considered forfeited.
* The massage voucher is a benefit included with the event ticket and cannot be separated or sold independently.
* Management reserves all rights.
3. Event Attendance
* Guests are required to attend according to the selected session stated on their ticket:

* *The Twilight Zen:* 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
4. Photography & Media
* Photography and videography may be taken during the event. By attending the event, guests consent to Aramsa Spa using event images or videos for marketing and promotional purposes.
5. General
* By purchasing the e-ticket, guests agree to all Terms & Conditions stated above.
* Aramsa Spa reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
