Lime oil is useful to cool fevers associated with colds, sore throats and flu and aids the immune system while easing coughs, bronchitis and sinusitis, as well as helping asthma.

 

Diffuse: Direct inhalation and diffusion of lime essential oil can be used to lift depression and to energise a tired mind. It also helps ease breathing and aid digestion.

Massage: Blend with carrier oil and massage (or dilute in a batch) to help with painful muscles and joints, respiratory problems and cellulite.
